Mark Wright in 'dad era' as he shares first photos with baby month after birth (2025)

Mark Wright has told fans he's in his 'dad era' as he shared the first personal photos of himself with his baby daughter, one month after her arrival into the world.

The former TOWIE star appeared besotted with the new addition after he and his wife Michelle Keegan announced the birth of their first child last month (March).

The new parents, who will soon be celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary, announced their baby girl's birth a week after she made her safe entrance, confirming her unique name and birthdate for the first time.

Alongside a black and white photo of them holding their newborn's tiny hand on Instagram, Michelle, 37, and Mark, 38, told their millions of followers on March 12: "Together we have a new love to share … Our little girl. Palma Elizabeth Wright... 06.03.25."

Marking her first Mother's Day last Sunday (March 30), Michelle shared a sweet update as she and some of the other doting mum's in her and her husband's family enjoyed a big lunch by the beach to mark the special day.

But it was on Thursday night (April 3) that Mark shared his first social media post featuring Michelle and baby Palma since confirming her entrance into the world in March.

The 38-year-old took to Instagram to share a series of heart warming snapshots from their first family getaway to celebrity hotspot Soho Farmhouse, a members club and hotel in the Oxfordshire countryside.

In one photo, Mark could be seen enjoying a moment of calm with his little one as he lay tucked in bed with his baby daughter cradled in his arms, and her tiny hand resting on his mouth.

Another showed the presenter and actress Michelle raising a glass of Aperol Spritz in front of the camera as they soaked up the recent spring sunshine. They were also seen enjoying walks and bike rides at sunset with their baby girl in tow.

Captioning the post, Mark gushed: "In my Dad era…. trip away with my girls." And it didn't take long for the comments section to be filled with messages.

It comes after Mark, shortly after revealing baby Palma's arrival, returned to Heart Radio show with pal and singer Olly Murs where the pair got emotional about both becoming dads for the first time in the past year.

Olly, who welcomed daughter Madison last April with wife Amelia, said: "I know you're such a private person mate, and I know we have a lot of banter on the show, and we joke and stuff, but this week has been truly special for you and Michelle." The 'Troublemaker' hitmaker then asked: "Just tell me how you're feeling right now..."

"Mate, it's actually hard to put it into words," Mark admitted, already emotional. "I'll start by saying it's the biggest achievement of my life, it's all I think about...

"But obviously hats go off to my wife – she's just an absolute superhuman, a superhero for bringing this baby into the world. And it makes you realise what our mums did for us, and makes me have so much more respect than I already had for what women have to go through."

Recalling their first time he met his first child. the tearful star said: "That moment when I held her in my arms... It gets me emotional now thinking about it, everything else goes out the window and it's made me realise what life is all about."

Mark then gave his daughter her first radio shout-out as he said: "And my little baby Palma, I love you so much and I can't wait to spend my life with you."
